Personality: Smart and easy to get along with, although she can be a pain at times. She is very friendly, but is determined and never backs down from a fight. She is also very mother-like, although when she is around her husband, she can be very young. When Blinding Fury takes over her body, she is an angry beast. She also has an odd sense of humour.

History: Coming from a semi-normal family of weapons, Dowan is the first meister, although it was revealed that her grandmother was both a weapon and a meister, but chose to be a weapon. After coming to DWMA, she and Sylas met by accident, became weapon and meister, and fell in love and her life has never been the same since. Kyllic, her younger brother, soon followed

Blinding Fury:
Due to the chemical imbalance in her brain, and the power she has as a meister, the unique thing about Dowan is that when this is enacted, her body is impervious to pain and her power is heightened greatly. However, due to recent changes in her weapon, this could kill them both, so Dowan is taking medicine to fix that.

Transitions:
Along with being a meister, Dowan is also the transitions counselor, where she helps new students who are just coming in transition into becoming their roles.
