Her hatred is so great, both for weapons and the heretic Arachne, that she funds multiple efforts to eliminate weapons using her hidden identity as CEO of Charon Inc., a multinational corporation tha specializes in everything from medicine and wind turbines to weapons and ammunition.

Personality: Aloof, mysterious, murderous, devious.

Description: 5'7'', thin but muscly, medium length white hair. When acting as a witch, her hair is let down, she dresses in a short dark blue dress, a hat with teeth lining the brim, combat boots, and wrist guards with two fin-like protrusions. When operating as CEO, she dresses in a black suit, glasses, and has her hair in a ponytail.
