| Ace: Feeling Charim move, Reaver's eyes darted to life and he sat up to consult with her. "Charim?"
Me: She pushed the air in front of him, causing a strong gust of wind. "Stay BACK!" Her hair fell from her eyes, and her eyes were blank, unfocused. | |

| She went limp as suddenly as she'd awoken, slumping onto the bed, eyes still open but as unfocused as before. Only the rise and fall of her chest proved she was alive. The scars on her arms slowly stopped glowing, and the heat generated began to dissipate. | |

| She clutched her arms close to her chest, rubbing the burns. "When I was young...My mother and I were attacked by a meister and a weapon...The weapon....made fire....so much fire..." She shuddered, squeezing her eyes shut. "I t-tried to escape the fire, but...I couldn't...." The burns glowed softly, flaring and then settling down.
